Inner Work & Self Growth ✨

The practice of becoming 1% more yourself, every day

Have you heard about the idea of improving by 1% each day? Over a year, that compounds to a mind-boggling 3,680% improvement.

It’s an impressive number. The interesting question is: What are we really improving? And what if we didn’t apply this idea to our output, but to our alignment?

This corner of my work is dedicated to the power of small changes to create more beauty, joy, ease, and lightness in our lives.

What magic and miracles could happen if you became 3,680% more of yourself? And how on Earth could you do that?

How to create the life you desire: my tested approach

While it’s hard to quantify personal alignment and authenticity (what exactly is 100% more authenticity?), my coaching process can help people make changes they desire. It has allowed me to personally help hundreds of people on six continents, and it works across cultures, industries, and countries.

The articles you find on this page are based on the same 3 principles that make my process so effective:

1. Get clear on your priorities

By virtue of living today, you most likely enjoy more freedom than you would have at any other time in history—both in your professional and in your personal life.

However, if you have an overwhelming number of options and don't know which one to choose, freedom of choice turns into a prison. True freedom comes from being clear on what you most want in life—your priorities.

2. Give yourself the green light

As a term borrowed from the film industry, giving something the greenlight refers to the stage where a project is given permission to go ahead, which moves it out of the development stage.

Greenlighting involves treating your experience of life like that movie project — something that is simultaneously okay as it is, while also being in flux and having potential for further development.

3. Commit to change

Throughout most of humanity’s existence, change signified danger. As a result, humans still have a natural preference to maintain a bad status quo (for instance, staying in a job that doesn’t work for them).

That's why motivation alone is not enough to create the life you want—change requires true commitment. It generally also includes having a support network so that you don't have to do it alone.
