How do you build a better life for yourself? Like you build anything, one step at a time.
People underestimate small changes but if you improved something by 1% each day, after a year you'd have achieved a staggering 3,680% improvement. Improve by 1% each week and you'll still get a 67% improvement within a year.
My tested approach to helping you create the life you most want:
My coaching process works across cultures, industries, and countries.
It has allowed me to personally help hundreds of people on six continents create changes in their lives.
The content you find on this page is based on the same 3 principles that makes my coaching process so effective:
Get clear on your priorities in life
By virtue of living today, you most likely enjoy more freedom than you would have at any other time in history—both in your professional and in your personal life.
However, if you have an overwhelming number of options and don't know which one to choose, freedom of choice turns into a prison.
True freedom comes from being clear on what you most want in life—your priorities.
the green light
As a term borrowed from the film industry, giving something the greenlight refers to the stage where a project is given permission to go ahead, which moves it out of the development stage.
Greenlighting involves treating your experience of life like that movie project — something that is simultaneously okay as it is, while also being in flux and having potential for further development.
Go forth and
commit to change
Throughout most of humanity’s existence, change signified danger. As a result, humans still have a natural preference to maintain a bad status quo (for instance, staying in a job that doesn’t work for them).
That's why motivation alone is not enough to create the life you want—change requires true commitment. It generally also includes having a support network so that you don't have to do it alone.
