Soulful Work & Purpose ✨
For doing the work that is an extension of your soul
How do you create work that doesn’t just pay the bills, but also feels meaningful and nourishing? This journey is all about aligning what you do with who you are.
This is my collection of articles and resources for that journey. Here, we explore the path to rooting your work in deep purpose, conscious action, and true prosperity.
How to create the work that's meant for you: my tested approach
While creating work you love can be a challenging process, it’s certainly not an impossible one. My coaching process can help people make this change, and it works across cultures, industries, and countries.
The articles you find on this page are based on the same 3 principles that make my process so effective:
1. Clarify passion & purpose
Passion and purpose reveal the "what" and "why" of the work you most want to do.
Passion provides the fuel for your journey. It's an amazing energizer.
Purpose explains why you go on this journey in the first place. It keeps you on the right path.
2. Use priorities & productivity
It's not enough to know what you want to do, you also have to do it. That's where productivity comes in.
Of course, you want to get the right things done. That's why priorities are so important. By prioritizing, you will identify the most important tasks, reduce stress, and achieve more by doing less.
3. Aim for prosperity & profit
When you make a difference and a living, your work becomes sustainable. This enables you to help more people.
Prosperity and profit include financial compensation and more intangible benefits like recognition, fulfillment, and a deep sense of abundance.
