Perhaps you are so overwhelmed by all the obligations on your plate that you just want to hide under a blanket. Or you might feel like you're always giving to others and never receiving.
Whatever the exact problem is, you are likely dealing with a sticky problem—one that has somehow managed to persist despite the lengths you have gone to, trying to solve it.
By now, you have probably thrown everything and the kitchen sink at this issue. Maybe you have read countless self-help books or listened to podcasts about productivity, business or career advice. Perhaps you have tried to shift your mindset and think more positive, or explored manifestation techniques. You might even have gotten support from professionals (such as life coaches).
Why it can be so hard to reach your goals
If you haven't gotten the desired results from your efforts, it's not because there's something wrong with you. It's not because you lack discipline. It's probably because of unconscious programming and blocks.
You see, what people consciously want in life is often in conflict with their unconscious programming. Imagine someone who wants to become successful in their field, yet has the fear that it's not safe to be seen. In that case, the conscious desire is at adds with unconscious programming.
Programming comes from subtle and not-so-subtle messages people receive during their life, including childhood. It also includes beliefs, habits, and thought forms that come from one's culture, ancestors, or even other lifetimes (if that's something you resonate with).
And here's the thing: if there's a conflict between your conscious goals and your unconscious programming, it takes a Herculean effort to make things happen. In a conflict, the unconscious programming will almost always win. Your unconscious programming is the equivalent of an 800-pound gorilla, so even if your conscious mind is a heavyweight champion (like Muhammad Ali in his prime), that's still not a fair fight.
So, how on Earth does one solve this issue?
The key is to turn your unconscious mind into an ally by making sure your conscious goals and your unconscious programming are in harmony with each other. While this might sound complicated, it can be very easy with the right approach. (Like many other things in life. For instance, solving a plumbing issue might be an insurmountable task for me, but a competent plumber can do it without even breaking a sweat.)
When it comes to changing unconscious programming, it's important to know that your unconscious mind is not your enemy. It wants to support you and keep you safe. It often just doesn't have the most accurate or up-to-date information on how to best help you with your current goals.
The best approach I have found for changing unconscious programming is a specific form of energy work called Energetic NLP. It brings together the fields of energy work (which works brilliantly for removing energetic blockages) and Neuro-Linguistic Programming/NLP (which enables people to change their programming very quickly).

What to expect from your Joyful Growth Journey:
The Joyful Growth Journey is designed to help you make progress in a way that feels good, and at a pace that feels good (Goldilocks pacing... not too fast, not too slow, just right). It's all virtual, so you can take this journey from anywhere in the world.
At the beginning of our time together, I will help you gain clarity about your goals. We will then meet every 21 days—give or take a few days—to resolve blocks that have come up in the pursuit of your goals.
This process is very flexible: If you reach a goal or your goals change, we can accommodate that. If you are on vacation or otherwise unavailable, we can plan around that and meet at a time that works better for you (your unused session will get carried over).
Here are some of the benefits you can expect from clearing energetic blocks:
- feeling more confident,
- gaining more clarity about your next steps,
- finding easier solutions to problems,
- experiencing more joy in your life, and
- making progress you haven't been able to make before.
How long does this take?
This program is designed to help you feel better and perform better. You can expect noticeable internal changes after your first session. After 3 sessions (~63 days), you can expect to see external changes as well: for instance, you might find yourself making long-desired changes or take action on something you have been stuck on for a while. The shifts typically start internally, and then ripple out into your life. As you change and align your unconscious programming with your conscious goals, momentum builds.
Is there a minimum commitment?
I want this to be an easy yes for you. That's why there is no minimum commitment; you can cancel whenever you like.
At the same time, there are great reasons for sticking with this over time. The benefits of this process are cumulative, as each session builds on the other. The longer you stick with this, the more positive results you can expect.
What are the benefits of doing this program over one-off sessions?
When it comes to helping people create deep changes, an ongoing program tends to be much more beneficial than one-off sessions (even if you did the same number of one-off sessions that you get in an ongoing program).
Here's why: when you do a one-off session with me, we only have that time together to make shifts. So, you only receive the energy work during that session.
In an ongoing package, you get:
- the energy work during our session,
- an energetic container between sessions,
- an ongoing sense of external support and structure for your goals, plus
- the knowledge that someone is in your corner (this is huge: knowing someone cares about them and cheers them on really helps people thrive).
All of this makes it easier for people to create shifts on their own between sessions. For instance, a client once asked me if I had done some energy work on her between sessions because so many things had shifted for her in a good way. I hadn't. That was the container working its magic.
Why 21 days between sessions?
A key principle of the energy work I do is the Goldilocks principle: I want to help my clients shift as fast as possible, without negative effects (such as creating overwhelm from changes). This means we have to go at the right pace—similar to how people hiking up a mountain need to find a sustainable pace. If they go too fast, they burn themselves out. If they go too slow, they might not make it all the way up top. However, if they find the right pace, they get to enjoy the journey... and the experience of being up the mountain.
For joyful growth energy sessions, 21 days between sessions is a good pace. It gives people time to integrate and shift between sessions, while keeping up the momentum. Many people I work with are already overwhelmed, and this pacing allows us to create positive shifts without increasing the sense of overwhelm. This pace also allows me to keep the program as accessible as possible, while still being effective.
So, what happens in 21 days? You might have heard about the idea that it takes 21 days to form a new habit.
That's not exactly true. In the 1950s, plastic surgeon Maxwell Maltz observed that it took his patients about 21 days to adapt to a new face or limb, and people misinterpreted that to mean that 21 days was the magic number for any type of habit. (In fact, studies indicate that it takes an average 66 days for a new habit to fully form, but the time frame varies a lot from person to person).
So while 21 days is not a magic number, doing deep-seated energy work can feel similar to adjusting to physical changes. When someone receives energy body (particular energy work that targets deep-seated stuff like the one I'm doing), they are getting an upgraded energy body and energy field. And while those changes are wanted and desired, it still takes time to adjust to them. So, in this particular case, 21 days between sessions is a good number to go by. Of course, if you are on vacation or otherwise unavailable, we can plan around that (your unused session will carry over, and you can schedule it when you are available).

- flexibility for when to schedule your session (you can carry unused sessions over, and we can plan around your vacations, etc.),
- sessions last 45–60 minutes—the target is 45 minutes and sometimes the energetic process takes a bit longer,

The pricing for this is somewhat flexible. My regular rate for this program is $80, billed every 3 weeks.

My certifications include Infinity Healing by Tarek Bibi, and Repairing Core Fractures and Clearing Toxic Emotions, two modalities created by NYT-bestselling author Dawn Clark. I have also received training as a shamanic practitioner, which helps me address ancestral issues and topics around belonging that many people struggle with.
Outside of energy work, I am certified and have extensive experience as a habit coach. I am a graduate of Dr. Brian Whetten's Conscious Business Academy and have training in mediation, an alternate conflict resolution approach.
More than 15 years ago, I had an embodied spiritual awakening that got confirmed by one of the seniors teachers in this lineage. I never quite managed to plug myself back into the matrix after that...
10 years ago, I left my legal career that I had spent a decade building.
I completed my doctorate in international law from what's arguably the oldest university institute in international law, the Walther-Schücking-Institute in Kiel, where I also worked as a research associate.
I am qualified to be a judge in Germany, and spent some time working in Big Law on multi-million and -billion dollar cases before deciding it wasn't for me. However, there are many skills I learned as a lawyer that I still use today. As an attorney, you are acting as your client's champion, while also advising them on the feasibility of their goals and the best way of getting there. This, as well as the ability to take perspectives and understand systems, is something that I draw on constantly in my work with clients today.
After taking a leap of faith and leaving my previous life behind, I started my business in the US. Doing a complete career change while moving to another continent was a bit too much transformation all at once, even for an irredeemable growth glutton like me... but I eventually managed to integrate. Over the last decade, I have worked with hundreds of people on six continents (I'm still holding out for a client from Antarctica).
As a global citizen with a German passport who is living in the US, I have spent some time studying in Spain, working in Vietnam, and going to school in Canada and the UK. I'm in a bi-cultural marriage, and raising a bilingual toddler who is the personification of joyful growth (and who recently decided to start watching kid shows in a third language).
