Quick Meditation for More Self-Love and Compassion

Can you imagine how nice it would feel to fully appreciate and love yourself in the midst of this challenging situation we're in? That's what I'd love to help you with today. 

To follow up from last week's episode about the helpfulness of meditation especially in times of crisis, this ​week I've created another quick meditation for you.
