In this video I share how my client discovered a practice that allowed him to EASILY improve every day of your life. I also share how you can do the very same thing, in less time than it takes you to get a coffee!

You see, we're so often told that we should be meditating and that 20, 30 minutes (or even more) are ideal. And what happens is that we then often try to aim for that, don't manage to maintain it, and then fall off the bandwagon.
That's exactly what exactly what happened to my client whose meditation practice was very on and off. Now, at some point he switched to doing these really short ones--two, three minutes in the morning, maybe five--and he reported that it made such a huge difference and that he could tell the mornings he did it in the mornings he didn't do it because of how differently he showed up.
I love hearing that story and loved that that he was able to find a meditation practice that really worked well for him and that worked for his schedule. I thought that many people could use that so what I've done is that I've created a free meditation--I'm calling it a mini meditation because it's so short it's just five minutes and you can fit it in your day whenever you want to.
You can listen as often as you want to and it's really going to help you focus and be in a calmer state of mind during the day.

Thanks for the advice Bere. I fully agree that a short meditation can make a big difference.
Thank you, Ruben!
We often compare our bloopers with someone else’s highlight reel, causing a disconnect. I feel the same happens with meditation as well. It’s not because someone (claims to) meditate 20-30 minutes a day that they started that way, or that this should even be a goal for you. Thanks for sharing this video, I think it’s spot on!
That’s such a great point, Kristof! I love how you put it: “our bloopers vs. someone else’s highlight reel.” I think that’s so spot on!
I am a huge proponent of short meditations. I appreciate you sharing you time and talents with all of us very much.
Oh, thank you so much for you lovely comment, Jackie! You’re so welcome.
